Pelvic Floor Awareness, Part II


Level I Class II This is part two of a four part series focused on awareness of the Pelvic Floor. Slide work plus 90 minute practice on four awareness movements (midline, inseam, pelvic balance and rib balance) that address posture and also increase ability to access pelvic floor muscles. Also direct engagement with the pelvic floor musculature. Originally taught on March 13, 2021
