Pelvic Floor Stability Part II


Level II Class II This is part two of a four-part series focused on stabilizing the Pelvic Floor and Core. Minimal slide work plus 105 minute practice on four awareness movements (midline, inseam, pelvic balance and rib balance) that stabilize posture and also increase ability to access pelvic floor muscles.
