Pelvic Floor Stability Part III


This is part three of a four part series focused on stability of the Pelvic Floor. More minimal slide work than level one, plus 105 minute practice on four awareness movements (midline, inseam, pelvic balance and rib balance) that increase postural stability and engagement of pelvic floor muscles.
